OFCI Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Define OFCI equipment scope in collaboration with data center design, engineering, and construction
• Review and validate technical specifications, single-line diagrams, layouts, and equipment
• Ensure critical equipment complies with data center design criteria, including redundancy, fault
• Manage technical clarifications, deviations, vendor compliance matrices, and engineering interfaces
• Issue RFQs and RFPs for critical data center infrastructure and lead technical and commercial bid
• Conduct vendor technical interviews and design alignment workshops and negotiate contracts covering

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management
• At least 5 years of experience in technical procurement or engineering within data centers or other
• Proven experience procuring long-lead, high-reliability OFCI equipment.
• Strong understanding of critical power and cooling systems used in mission-critical facilities.
• Experience with Factory Acceptance Tests, commissioning activities, and contractor coordination.
• Strong technical bid evaluation and vendor compliance management capabilities.
