Offer Manager

📋 Description

• Offer strategy and packaging: Define new service offerings, tiers, bundles, inclusions, exclusions
• Revenue and margin management: Own revenue and margin performance across the service portfolio.
• Pricing and commercial models: Develop and maintain pricing models, price books, and discount
• Launch and lifecycle management: Lead offer readiness through the launch stage of the Product
• Sales and marketing enablement: Create sales resources such as offer guides, pricing sheets
• Market and competitive analysis: Monitor competitor offerings, pricing, and packaging across MDR

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in offer management, product marketing, product management, or
• At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity, managed security services, or B2B IT services.
• Working knowledge of managed detection and response (MDR), Security Operations Center (SOC)
• Demonstrated experience developing pricing models and conducting margin analysis.
• Experience taking service or product offers from concept through launch while coordinating
• Strong written communication skills, including the ability to create sales collateral, service
