Provide strategic leadership for Arlington/DC and Baltimore offices
Develop and implement yearly strategic business plan for office(s)
Achieve top line growth of at least 10% year over year (personal goal $3.0M net signed fees)
Lead client engagement and development of client leaders
Foster design-focused culture and champion Living-Centered Design
Mentor staff, manage talent needs, and ensure business practices

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field required (Master's preferred)
Minimum 20 years related experience with proven business development success
Licensure preferred
Additional certifications/training relevant to role preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Business acumen and ability to execute strategy
