📋 Description

• Act as the single-point owner for driving cross-sell initiatives through offline teams across
• Travel extensively across cities to work with regional and city heads, align on targets
• Ensure consistent execution of cross-sell programs across all locations
• Drive adoption of new products through offline channels and identify high-potential locations and
• Build and refine cross-sell playbooks in collaboration with central teams based on field learnings
• Act as the voice of the field by gathering structured feedback from frontline teams and leaders

🎯 Requirements

• 8–12 years of overall experience (flexible for exceptional candidates)
• Strong exposure to field-led or offline businesses with multi-location operations
• Prior experience in startups, founder’s office roles, early-stage ventures, or P&L; ownership
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong ownership orientation
• High hunger to grow and visible career ambition
• Comfortable with ambiguity, travel, and on-ground problem solving
