📋 Description

• Develop and optimise oligonucleotide manufacturing processes
• Design and execute laboratory experiments and development activities
• Collaborate on innovative customer and co-development projects
• Analyse data, solve technical challenges and drive continuous improvement
• Support the introduction of new technologies and manufacturing capabilities
• Work closely with colleagues across development, manufacturing and commercial teams

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology or a related scientific field, or equivalent
• Practical laboratory experience and a passion for science
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
• Curiosity, initiative and a desire to learn and innovate
• Experience in any of the following would be advantageous: Oligonucleotide synthesis or analytical
