On-Call Maintenance Specialist, Data Science

📋 Description

• Analyze course performance data, including lesson ratings, completion or pass rates, and
• Review student feedback at scale and prioritize actionable technical and instructional updates.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across Python, SQL, R, notebooks, visualizations, exercises
• Update course instructions, examples, screenshots, diagrams, queries, expected outputs, and other
• Refresh exercises and projects using modern data workflows, APIs, libraries, and technologies
• Improve project rubrics, starter code, datasets, and learning materials to increase clarity

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in a data-related role such as Data Analyst, Data
• Strong knowledge of core data concepts, including data wrangling, exploratory data analysis, basic
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write, debug, and optimize queries.
• Hands-on experience with Python for data work, including tools such as pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn
• Experience creating or interpreting data visualizations and dashboards, with familiarity with BI
• Familiarity with foundational data services and architectures on AWS or Azure, including storage
