On-Call Maintenance Specialist, School of Cloud - Contract Role (India)

📋 Description

• Analyze course performance metrics to identify content requiring updates
• Review student feedback at scale to prioritize actionable improvements
• Bug-fixes: Address student-reported issues by updating or enhancing existing course materials
• Enhancements: Update course content to the latest tools and technologies, including text
• Update Udacity Workspaces: Install updated Python packages in existing workspaces and update
• Test Cloud Labs: Verify whether necessary cloud services required for all exercises in the course

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of popular services in two of the following clouds - AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiar with services like compute, database, networking, storage, backup, container, and
• Familiar with any one CI/CD tool, preferably CircleCI or GitHub Actions
• Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker)
• At least 2 years of software development experience, preferably in JavaScript (any framework) or
• Experience working with version control systems (Git/GitHub)
