On-Call Registered Nurse, (RN) - Home Health

📋 Description

• Follow designated care plans for adult/geriatric patients.
• Make home visits in Wake, Durham, and Johnston counties.
• Administer medications, provide wound care, treatments.
• Monitor patient conditions; report changes to supervisors.
• Document doctors' orders, observations, and interventions.
• On-call schedule includes phone triage and visits; 2 weeks/month.

🎯 Requirements

• A current RN license in North Carolina.
• At least 1 year of recent, verifiable clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Prior home health experience strongly preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
