Making home visits to clients in designated territories.
Performing duties including medication administration, wound care, treatments, and comfort care.
Monitoring client conditions and reporting changes to the Clinical/Client Services Manager.
Following up on, executing, and documenting doctors' orders.
Performing client assessments as necessary.
Occasional on-call after hours and weekends.

🎯 Requirements

Current RN license in North Carolina.
Minimum one year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
Home care or hospice experience preferred but not required.
Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
Ability to travel to assigned cases.
