📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of venues to Wolt platform.
• Coordinate, execute, and monitor onboarding for merchant partners.
• Ensure smooth integration from contract to go-live.
• Remove bottlenecks to maintain onboarding velocity.
• Build relationships and provide ongoing partner support and training.
• Maintain high standards of content and partner satisfaction.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong problem-solving with action bias.
• Independent, proactive with limited guidance.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience in sales, account management, or customer support is a plus.
• Fluent in Swedish and English for partner communication.
