Onboarding Calculations Team Manager (6 month FTC)

📋 Description

• Allocating and prioritising work across the Onboarding Calculations team
• Balancing team workloads to ensure service levels and customer deadlines are achieved
• Monitoring workflow queues and responding quickly to changing priorities
• Supporting consultants with day-to-day queries and helping remove barriers to delivery
• Provide data to TMs so that they have relevant information available for holding regular
• Working closely with Team Managers to ensure work is distributed effectively across the wider

• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Confidence making decisions and adjusting workloads to meet changing demands
• Experience leading, coaching or supporting a team in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
• Strong communication skills and confidence holding one-to-ones and performance conversations
