Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Managing the onboarding of merchants, business accounts, individual accounts, and crypto clients
• Preparing, reviewing, and coordinating agreements and onboarding documentation
• Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring clear
• Gaining a deep understanding of clients’ business models, including crypto-related use cases, and
• Building and maintaining professional, long-term relationships to ensure an excellent client
• Managing the end-to-end merchant and account registration process with internal teams and external

🎯 Requirements

• University degree or equivalent in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in onboarding, account management, or customer support, preferably
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and
• Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• High attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
• Ability to understand complex structures and see the broader business and risk picture
