📋 Description

On-boarding merchants: handling KYC procedure, drafting agreements, setting up merchant accounts
Acting as main point of contact for merchants during on-boarding process
Managing full-cycle of merchants' registration with contractors
Working with Risk and AML departments to maintain merchant profiles
Collaborating with Technical team for complete technical setup of merchant accounts

🎯 Requirements

1+ year experience in account management or customer support, preferably in payments/financial
Exceptional interpersonal and organisational skills
Ability to work independently with strong time management
Strong attention to detail
University degree in Economics, Business Administration or relevant field
Indian language C1/native, English B2-C1 or higher
