📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new employees, ensuring employment documentation
• Take ownership of operational onboarding activities from initiation through completion, proactively
• Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams, including Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information, ensuring data is handled securely and in
• Identify opportunities to improve onboarding workflows, anticipate evolving operational needs, and
• Support operational compliance initiatives, including reporting, audits, data integrity projects

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in an operations-focused role, with a strong understanding of people
• Demonstrated experience working with employment contracts and other legally binding HR or
• Experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment, ideally within a startup, scale-up, or
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing sensitive information
• Excellent written and spoken English at a professional business level, with the ability to
• Strong ability to work independently while remaining collaborative, proactive, and comfortable
