📋 Description

• Lead the onboarding journey for new employees across the globe with focus on compliance and
• Own the end-to-end onboarding lifecycle, addressing employee queries throughout the process.
• Collaborate with Mobility, Benefits, Lifecycle, and Payroll teams to ensure a smooth experience for
• Drive continuous improvements to the onboarding process and data accuracy while upholding
• Manage employee data, supporting data integrity, audits, and compliance initiatives.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline onboarding, increasing efficiency and scalability.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Operations Experience with people operations and legal contracting knowledge.
• Strong contract knowledge in employment agreements and related documents.
• Adaptable, collaborative, and able to work in fast-paced, remote, cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional written and spoken English; other languages a plus.
• Tech-savvy with experience using Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with knowledge/content management and experience with automation/AI capabilities.
