📋 Description

• Architect foundational frameworks for global onboarding operations, including SOPs, SLAs, and
• Analyze operational telemetry and activation funnels to identify friction trends and design
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to build platform controls and self-serve
• Act as a technical translator between Engineering and Operations, simplifying technical platform
• Optimize operational workflows and manage performance metrics (Time-to-Value, Activation Rate
• Manage high-stakes escalations for complex onboarding cases, coordinating with Legal, Trust &amp

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business or technology discipline, or equivalent practical job experience.
• 6+ years in operations, implementations, customer onboarding, or program management in tech
• Proven experience as a founding or pioneer team member, building operational frameworks in
• Experience managing cross-functional projects with Product and Engineering to automate manual
• Strong data fluency with SQL, Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, explaining technical workflows to non-technical
