Setup and test retailer connections in SPS Commerce, including EDI 850, 856, 810, 846, and 855/860
Monitor SPS Commerce daily for failed transactions and resolve errors to avoid retailer chargebacks
Coordinate GS1-128/UCC-128 compliance label and packing list testing
Maintain onboarding checklists and project trackers, schedule integration calls, and document
Collect client setup information (item masters, SKU configurations, forecasts, carrier accounts
Prepare onboarding handoff documentation for Account Managers

🎯 Requirements

2+ years of hands-on SPS Commerce Fulfillment experience
Experience with core EDI documents (850, 855, 856, 810, 846)
Strong Microsoft Excel skills (lookups, pivot tables, data cleaning)
Familiarity with retailer requirements (Target, Costco, TJX, UNFI)
Practical experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for data analysis and documentation
Project coordination and documentation experience
