Onboarding Specialist

📋 Description

• Coordinate the onboarding and training of Restaurant Partners to inKind's platform
• Manage personal queue of new projects, new location requests, and maintenance requests
• Serve as a subject matter expert on the implementation of inKind's Restaurant Partner products and
• Work cross-functionally with other departments to refine existing processes pertaining to the
• Build relationships with external inKind partners to improve our implementation process for users

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree + 1 years of relevant experience
• Experience working with team collaboration and presentation tools such as Google Suite, Slack
• Experience with project management, account portfolio planning, and/or prioritization
