📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end onboarding for employees across multiple countries, from receiving the case
• Guide clients and employees through onboarding requirements, timelines, documents, and next steps.
• Review and verify employee information and documentation, ensuring all records are accurate
• Prepare employment contracts using internal templates and coordinate contract reviews, signatures
• Coordinate country-specific onboarding requirements, including medical check-ups, right-to-work
• Partner with Payroll, Benefits, Legal, Finance, and Client Success to ensure payroll and benefits

🎯 Requirements

• Professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• 2+ years of experience in employee onboarding, HR administration, global mobility, payroll
• Experience supporting onboarding in multiple countries; experience in EOR, PEO, global employment
• Good understanding of employment onboarding processes and country-specific requirements, including
• Familiarity with employment contracts and contract amendments, including working from established
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage several cases, deadlines, and stakeholders
