Onboarding Specialist (International)

📋 Description

• Own the full technical and operational setup for international hires, including employment
• Identify customer needs during implementation to recommend IT provisioning, background checks
• Lead initiatives to improve the onboarding journey and drive efficiency for workers and admins.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Customer Success, Operations, and Product to deliver
• Drive process automation and optimization of workflows.
• Act as a global EOR expert, guiding admins through country-specific nuances and market expansions.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in onboarding or implementation; 1–2 years in the EOR industry or international
• Technically proficient problem-solver focused on improving product functionality.
• Strong consultative communication with clear, actionable guidance to customers.
• Highly organized; capable of managing multiple high-priority projects.
• Collaborative team leader; mentoring peers and fostering a supportive internal culture.
• Resourceful and proactive; able to navigate ambiguity and drive initiatives to completion.
