Oncology Nurse Educator - San Francisco, CA

📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic education leader across academic and community oncology accounts
• Develop customized educational plans through analysis of account dynamics and clinical insights
• Educate allied health care clinicians on patient identification and the role of approved therapies
• Educate patient care teams about initiation and management of patients per protocol
• Document customer interactions and educational activities and manage allocated resources
• Collaborate with other field teams within ways of working guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, NP, PA or PharmD required; Master’s degree preferred
• Current active HCP license
• 7+ years clinical oncology/hematology experience; recent clinical Hematology experience required
• Experience in academic and/or community oncology practice working with Hematology/Oncology patients
• Passion for patients is essential
• Excellent communication, objective setting, influencing, business acumen, analytical and strong
