📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and provide ongoing triage, education, symptom
• Support members across the full oncology care continuum, from screening and active treatment
• Monitor member health, identify emerging clinical needs, and respond promptly to urgent issues and
• Provide care coordination support, including nutritional resources, provider referrals, discharge
• Build trusting relationships with members and their care networks through empathy, active
• Collaborate with Nurse Team Leads, Medical Directors, oncology providers, primary care providers

🎯 Requirements

• Active, unrestricted compact Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; BSN preferred.
• Compact and/or single-state licensure in New York and/or Illinois is preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional nursing experience, including a minimum of 3 years of solid tumor
• Oncology-related certification such as Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN), Advanced Oncology Certified
