📋 Description

• Partnership Ownership: Own relationships with acquirers, processors, and card schemes.
• Vendor Relationship Management: Manage day-to-day with external payment partners and contracts.
• Partnership Oversight: Monitor partner performance against SLAs and terms.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align internal teams on partnerships.
• Data-Driven Governance: Use analytics to track partner health and cost efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• 4–5+ years in online/mobile payments or fintech.
• Proven track record with acquirers, processors, or card schemes (B2B/B2C).
• Deep familiarity with card schemes, acquiring ecosystems, and rails.
• Strong commercial acumen: contract negotiations, governance, performance.
• Ability to navigate multi-stakeholder environments and drive alignment.
• Strong analytical skills: interpret transaction data, fees, and metrics.
• Led cross-functional projects end-to-end with attention to detail.
• Motivated with executive presence to represent Payoneer externally.
