• Conduct structured, in-depth interviews to assess candidate fit across skills, experience, and role
• Match candidates to specific hiring needs with a strong focus on quality and precision
• Represent the company brand with professionalism in all candidate interactions (virtual and onsite)
• Evaluate candidate communication style, professionalism, and overall readiness for client-facing
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring expectations
• Maintain high standards in candidate experience, ensuring consistency and alignment with company

🎯 Requirements

• At least 2+ years of interview experience beyond basic pre-screening (experience in full interviews
• Strong executive presence and professionalism in both virtual and face-to-face settings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to represent the company brand
• Proven ability to assess candidates holistically and match them to specific role requirements
• Experience in quality-driven recruitment (non-volume hiring preferred)
• Background in BPO recruitment is acceptable only if paired with exceptional communication and
