Operational Risk Advisory Manager

📋 Description

• PRM: support risk assessments across crypto products
• Validate controls and ensure timely remedial actions
• Assess risk for new products/services
• ORM: maintain FSRA outsourcing register and vendor due diligence
• Track remediation actions with Outsourcing Workgroup
• REM: prepare regulatory reports and track remediation progress

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in financial services
• Strong background in compliance, risk management, project management, controls or audit
• Proven project management and execution across multiple initiatives
• Bilingual English/Mandarin to coordinate with overseas partners
• Experience in operational risk management, internal/external audit, or IT security is an advantage
• Certifications such as CPA, CISA, CISM, or CISSP are a plus
