📋 Description

• Partner with operational teams to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs
• Develop, maintain, and enhance KPI reporting, dashboards, and performance scorecards
• Ensure stakeholders have timely, accurate, and relevant data to monitor activity and drive
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and opportunities within operational
• Use data-driven insights to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
• Identify opportunities to improve data visibility, consistency, and reporting effectiveness across

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in operations, consulting, or similar execution-focused roles
• Strong analytical capabilities: data-driven mindset with strong problem-solving capability
• Effective communicator across functions and levels
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects or workstreams and deliver against defined
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience contributing to process improvement, redesign, or operational initiatives
