📋 Description

• Prepare for and participate in meetings, document key decisions and action items, circulate
• Support strategic projects, business planning activities, account reviews, and other high-impact
• Coordinate meetings across multiple teams, schedules, and time zones to ensure effective
• Work closely with colleagues at all levels, maintaining flexibility, professionalism, positivity
• Identify opportunities to add value beyond core responsibilities and take ownership of initiatives
• Review and contribute to process documentation, helping establish clear and efficient operating

🎯 Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in an operations role within a fast-paced technology company or similarly
• Experience managing time-sensitive tasks and coordinating multiple priorities with a high level of
• Experience using internal business tools and contributing to the streamlining or optimization of
• Demonstrated ability to improve cross-functional efficiency through process documentation, workflow
• Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and execute effectively in an evolving
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with the ability to pivot quickly as priorities
