• Execute the day-to-day operations of our car finance product, from handling customer queries to
• Develop, identify and form improvements that increase speed, reliability, and cost-efficiency while
• Directly build automation and AI into our operational workflows, using best in class AI tools, and

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a fast-paced and regulated environment (fintechs, startups, consulting etc…)
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data to make decisions
• Experience using AI tools, using it to drive developments and form improvements
• You're excited by startups and technology, motivated by the chance to build highly automated
• You're deeply interested in AI and fluent using it. Comfort with automation and AI tools (Claude
• You enjoy high agency and can operate in ambiguity.
