Operations Associate (Full-Time) - The Galeries

📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximise accuracy and reduce shrink
• Investigate inventory issues; escalate gaps with store leadership
• Support shipment, receiving, replenishment, floor set updates
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor
• Coordinate budgets, expenses, inventory, vendors and facilities
• Promote safety and stockroom standards; move as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of client-centric, sales and operational experience
• Passion for customer service and delivering exceptional experiences
• Self-motivated; able to work independently and in a team
• Ability to lift/carry up to 10-15 kg
• Requires constant movement around store; stand for shift
• Flexibility to work a rotating roster including weekends
