📋 Description

• Execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate inventory issues with store leadership to address gaps.
• Handle shipments, receiving, processing, and floor replenishment.
• Maintain strong visual standards on the sales floor.
• Move dynamically across the store to support guests, team and business needs.
• Use metrics to drive business decisions and enhance customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
• Part-time schedule up to 30 hours/week; flexible for peak periods.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move throughout shift.
• Excellent customer service; ability to resolve client needs quickly.
• Detail-oriented with strong inventory accuracy and procedures.
• Ability to use metrics to support business decisions.
