🎯 Requirements

Active Series 24 (General Securities Principal) license
Direct experience processing corporate actions (splits, spinoffs, distributions, mergers
Experience with clearance and settlement operations in a self-clearing or correspondent clearing
Expertise with NSCC/DTC processes, position reconciliation, and asset servicing
Strong understanding of double-entry booking methodology and reconciliation across custody, trade
Bonus: Margin financing, trading, or underwriting operations experience
