📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve invoice-related queries accurately, providing clients with clear and
• Manage client inquiries end-to-end, taking responsibility for each case through to resolution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and HR Operations teams to resolve complex issues and coordinate
• Analyse client queries, patterns, and trends to identify process gaps and recommend data-driven
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues and guide clients and employees through appropriate solutions.
• Create and maintain clear, practical knowledge documentation for both clients and internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in customer experience operations, financial support, customer support, or
• Fluent Spanish and strong English, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate clearly
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, including confidence investigating invoices and working
• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate it effectively to clients and internal
• Strong ownership and accountability, with a proactive and structured approach to following issues
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to remain calm and adaptable in
