Operations Associate (Spanish Speaking)

📋 Description

• Investigate and resolve invoice-related queries accurately
• Manage client inquiries end-to-end
• Collaborate with Finance, Product, and HR Operations teams
• Analyse client queries, patterns, and trends to identify process gaps
• Troubleshoot platform-related issues and guide clients
• Create and maintain knowledge documentation

🎯 Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in customer experience operations, financial support, customer support, or
• Fluent Spanish and strong English
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Ability to simplify complex information
• Strong ownership and accountability
• Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills
