• Automate the operational machine behind Odin, turning human-driven services workflows into software
• Understand operational processes end to end, then redesign, streamline and automate them
• Build manual workflow tools, automations and systems to make the business faster and more scalable
• Bridge operations and engineering, bringing Product, Design and Engineering in with problems
• Constantly question and delete processes that exist for no good reason

🎯 Requirements

• AI-pilled builder with clear evidence of building concrete solutions to problems with no budget and
• Numerate, comfortable with financial mechanics and strong mental arithmetic
• In the details and extremely on top of things, understanding every aspect of systems end to end
• First principles thinker, looking at processes like a good product manager
• Big plus: regulated financial services background (fund administration, custody, payments
• Wants to operate, not manage
