📋 Description

• Collaborate with the production leaders to communicate daily goals, production targets, and safety
• Enforce and maintain quality control measures throughout the production process. Conduct regular
• Adhere to standard processes to support operational goals. Identify opportunities for improvement
• Proactively communicate effectively with the inventory control team to ensure the timely
• Foster effective communication across all warehouse teams to identify and effectively resolve
• Maintain all safety standards as provided by leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience or comfort with working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees)
• Strong verbal communications skills
• Willingness to work overtime and/or possible weekends if the business needs you to
• Ability to thrive in a repetitive and fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills
