Operations Lead

📋 Description

• Manage operational cases directly during the initial stages to identify process gaps, understand
• Design, implement, and launch production-ready automations, validating their effectiveness through
• Scale automated agents across your operational domain while ensuring human review remains in place
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define agent requirements, develop operational tools
• Create and maintain escalation paths, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and operational
• Monitor and optimize operational workflows to improve throughput, efficiency, and service quality.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience building products or processes in banking, fintech, payments, or
• Experience implementing production workflow automations or automated agents, including AI- or large
• Hands-on operational experience, including queue management, case handling, transaction processing
• Experience owning operational domains end to end, including process design, SOP development, KPI
• Ability to define, monitor, and optimize operational metrics to improve efficiency and performance.
• Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to translate operational requirements
