Operations Lead - Madison Ave

📋 Description

• Lead and execute inventory management to maximize accuracy and reduce shrink.
• Investigate root causes of inventory discrepancies with the GM to fix gaps.
• Manage core ops: shipments, receiving, transfers, replenishment, and floor sets.
• Champion strong visual standards for the sales floor.
• Move dynamically on the retail floor to meet business and guest needs.
• Lead by example and inspire staff in daily ops and guest experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision making.
• Collaborate with GM; escalate process or system gaps as needed.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Values feedback and supports staff development and growth.
• Ability to work variable shifts including peak days and weekends.
