Operations Manager, CCA

📋 Description

• Own CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking, and reporting
• Maintain contacts, accounts, and opportunity data
• Coordinate operations across KZ, UZ, GE, and AZ
• Support pre-sales activities, proposals, and internal approvals
• Manage expenses, invoices, and operational documentation
• Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and cross-functional actions

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or similar
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ownership
• Experience supporting commercial teams and managing multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
