Operations Manager, EU

📋 Description

• Own day-to-day performance of 3PL partners across EU fulfillment centers, ensuring consistent
• Set, monitor, and enforce SLAs and KPIs (order accuracy, pick/pack turnaround, on-time dispatch
• Optimize outbound fulfillment processes (picking, packing, dispatch turnaround)
• Coordinate inbound logistics with suppliers, freight forwarders, and 3PLs, including customs
• Balance inventory allocation across EU warehouses to minimize cross-border transfer delays and cost
• Investigate and resolve operational issues (mispicks, damaged goods, inventory discrepancies

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years managing 3PL providers and warehouse operations across multiple EU countries in
• Strong background in inbound, outbound, and inventory control across multiple warehouse locations
• Solid grasp of fulfillment SLAs and KPIs (order accuracy, on-time dispatch/delivery, cost-per-order)
• Hands-on experience with WMS, OMS, and ERP platforms
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, SQL, or BI tools)
• Track record resolving operational issues (delays, mispicks, inventory discrepancies, customs holds)
