Operations Process Improvement Manager

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and continuously improve operational workflows across SMN.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas of improvement, and translate them into scalable
• Standardize ways of working to ensure consistency and predictability across regions: North America
• AI Automation & Tooling: identify opportunities to automate manual processes using AI tools and
• Partner with stakeholders to ensure processes are adopted and correctly implemented; document and
• Work closely with Marketing, Product, Data, and Local teams to align operations with business

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or Data Analytics (STEM).
• 5+ years of experience in strategy/operations consulting, supply chain, media operations, marketing
• Strong experience in process design, optimization, and workflow automation; comfortable working
• Hands-on mindset: able to move from strategy to execution quickly.
• Experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, Notion, Airtable, etc.) is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; proficiency in both written and spoken
