📋 Description

• Manage all tools used by R&D from the point of tool selection through implementation, ongoing
• Tools include ALM (e.g., JIRA), security tools (static code analysis, third-party vulnerability
• End-to-end accountability for process-change projects, from business requirement definition and
• Evaluate and help roll out AI-powered tools and workflows across R&D, partnering with
• Lead R&D audits across the organization — coordinating the audit process, collecting and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Program Manager/PMO/Project Manager or equivalent at a global
• Hands-on experience using AI-powered tools in daily work (e.g., AI coding assistants such as
• Experience with system analysis and management.
• Experience with Atlassian tools — an advantage.
• Experience working in R&D organizations — an advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.
