Own full-cycle recruiting across the Operations organization— spanning entry-level through senior
Flex to support recruiting for other functions across Thatch as business needs and hiring
Partner with Operations leaders to define roles, calibrate on ideal candidate profiles, and deliver
Design and execute distinct recruiting strategies tailored to each level—from high-volume
Build creative, scalable sourcing strategies to fill high-volume roles, including hosting hiring
Build and maintain robust pipelines of both passive and active candidates across the operations

🎯 Requirements

4+ years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting
High-volume and senior-level hiring experience
Creative sourcing strategies (events, university/community partnerships)
Data-driven with pipeline health, time-to-fill, volume metrics
Familiarity withGreenhouse
