🎯 Requirements

  • Hands-on SQL: joins, filtering, and aggregations.
  • Use Claude AI tools in investigations; verify outputs.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting; root-cause mindset; fluent English.
  • 3+ years in technical support/operations or fintech/payments.
  • Experience handling escalated complex issues; non-scripted resolution.
  • Zendesk, Jira; Grafana/Loki a plus.
