📋 Description

• Escalate and own complex issues from frontline support to resolution.
• Write and run SQL queries to investigate discrepancies and payments.
• Use Claude and AI tools to diagnose issues and run analyses.
• Trace issues across payment and support systems to find root causes.
• Reproduce, diagnose, and document root causes; hand off bugs to Engineering.
• Create runbooks and knowledge base articles to resolve recurring issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on SQL skills with joins, filtering, aggregation; query optimization a plus.
• Comfort using Claude for technical investigations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting instincts to find root causes.
• 3+ years in technical support, operations, or related role.
• Experience handling escalated, complex issues and resolutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; explain findings clearly.
