Operations Specialist - Gulf Binance

📋 Description

• Support daily operational routines and ensure key tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Act as Tier-2 support for operational issues escalated from internal or customer-facing teams.
• Track, follow up, and coordinate issue resolution across relevant teams until closure.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc operational updates for management review.
• Support product launch readiness from an operations perspective, including UAT coordination, SOPs
• Work closely with Product, Technology, Compliance, Risk, Customer Service, Finance, and other teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in operations, business operations, fintech operations, crypto exchange
• Strong understanding of operational processes, issue resolution, and cross-functional coordination.
• Bilingual English/Thai is required to be able to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders.
• Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ownership mindset.
• Able to manage follow-ups independently and work in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
