Operations Strategist

📋 Description

• Help manage day-to-day warehouse operations and order processing tasks
• Work warehouses to facilitate movement of orders and inventory and coordinate with shipping carriers
• Monitor supply chain and financial metrics to optimize costs and experience of shipping to customer
• Partner with supply chain, customer service, internal cross-functional partners and external
• Collaborate with remote teams across geographies using a variety of technologies
• Prepare reports for senior leadership to improve visibility of operational challenges and identify

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred, preferably in Business, Economics, Engineering
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis – Retail, eCommerce, or supply chain experience a bonus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated history of teamwork, including a willingness to jump in to help accomplish tasks
• Inquisitive mind and analytical approach to solving problems
• A sharp eye for the detail
