Driving commercial visibility and performance management across Operations, including P&L
Translating strategy and performance into recommendations for senior leaders
Partnering with teams across Operations, Product, Engineering and Finance
Owning the management and coordination of the Operations Roadmap
Driving a small number of high impact cross functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

Strong experience in strategy, commercial, transformation, business operations
Track record of solving complex problems with analytical rigour
Strong commercial acumen
Comfortable working on P&L analysis and business cases
Excellent strategic thinking
Strong communication skills, especially in writing
