Oracle EPM Senior Consultant

📋 Description

• Support and administer the Hyperion Suite of applications.
• Work with ticketing tools.
• Develop training documents.
• Provide clear status reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients.
• Be flexible to work in different shifts.

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a technical support analyst or similar role.
• Oracle EPM Cloud Suite experience.
• Hands-on experience with Hyperion Planning, Essbase, HFM, and FDMEE (both on-premises and on-cloud).
• ITIL process Knowledge.
• Ability to research, learn, troubleshoot, and support.
• Willingness to operate and progress in areas that are outside of previous experience.
