📋 Description

Own end-to-end delivery of Oracle ERP/HCM/EPM programmes
Act as the primary client interface; build trusted relationships
Define scope, objectives, and business outcomes
Lead delivery teams to perform at pace and deliver excellence
Develop robust programme plans aligned to Version 1 MAXIMISE methodology
Drive governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement at senior levels

🎯 Requirements

Proven experience delivering Oracle Cloud and/or Oracle E-Business Suite ERP/HCM/EPM programmes
Strong background in MSP and PRINCE2 methodologies
Experience managing fixed-price engagements and commercial delivery
Deep understanding of governance, reporting, and scope control
Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to lead, influence and drive outcomes across complex environments
