• Lead enterprise-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programmes from strategy through to delivery
• Own the successful delivery of complex Oracle transformation programmes, ensuring exceptional
• Lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams
• Act as trusted advisor for customers navigating major business change
• Balance strategic thinking, programme governance, commercial oversight and delivery excellence
• Partner directly with C-suite stakeholders and business leaders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale Oracle ERP Cloud or Oracle E-Business Suite transformation
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, delivery performance and fixed-price
• Expertise in programme governance, stakeholder management and risk management
• Ability to influence senior executives and build trusted client relationships
• Experience delivering ERP, HCM or EPM transformation initiatives
• MSP, PRINCE2 or equivalent programme management expertise
